Hi, I am Aaron Borg owner of Seven|Nine Media based in Hayden, ID.

I received my Bachelors in Human Resource Management in 2012, and I've worked primarily in Human Resource / Talent Acquisition roles throughout my career. I've helped a small recruitment franchise dig out from operating in the "red", rebuilt processes, and helped transform it into a profitable, thriving business. After five years I moved on for a growth opportunity in a newer, faster moving organization with unlimited potential in the short-term rental industry (like Airbnb), hiring in over 500 staff members nation-wide for operations, finance, IT, HR, and Operations. In addition to volume hiring, I've built programs to help eliminate bias, trained hiring managers, and built trusting relationships with all levels of employees from ground level operations to C-suite, through the entire employee lifecycle. Through that HR journey, I recognized and encouraged the importance of storytelling in the ability to garner buy-in on company culture, and that led to promoting the companies I worked for in photography and video production capacity, supporting the HR and talent acquisition functions.

Photography and digital media has been a passion for me since I was young. I've spent the better part of the last 5 years with a camera in my hand at all times, spending hundreds of hours learning technique, editing, setup, staging, lighting and the elements of high quality production in my free time while I continued working. I was fortunate to have had some corporate marketing exposure with Stay Alfred, shooting their properties for digital listings and products, and truly fell in love with the technical photography/video craft that I now spend 100% of my time in.

Seven|Nine Media focuses on providing the highest quality of Employer Branding Videography, Product Photography, and Real Estate Photography, where my talents are best utilized, and I hope to continue developing relationships in our community in those capacities.
