J.R. is a proven leader, volunteer, and community enthusiast. He graduated from the University of Idaho and began his professional career at T-O Engineers in 2002. Over the last 16 years with T-O, JR has matured into a talented professional engineer who is considered one of the best in the consulting business.

Two years ago, J.R. jumped at the opportunity to open a Spokane office for T-O. Since then he has been successful in creating new relationships, hiring a team, and engaging in the community.

Today J.R. serves as the Northern Regional Manager, Project Manager, and Corporate Secretary for T-O Engineers. He is ultimately responsible for all T-O services in the Inland Northwest. His passion is working with aviation clients, and he is currenting working with 16 airports including Coeur d’Alene Airport, Spokane International Airport, Felts Field, Kellogg Airport, and St. Maries Airport.

Outside of work, J.R. enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. If you are looking for them on a Saturday, they will likely be away from home. They enjoy traveling, camping, fishing, snowboarding, hiking, and even a craft beverage or two.
