Jake has over 13 years in the finance industry for both ID and WA. He has a passion for people and going the extra mile to ensure his clients have a smooth transaction.

He loves to be a resource to his network, providing information, feedback and pointers on best practices in this ever-changing Real Estate market. With a long list of loan options, along with a savvy approach, Jake has had great success in seeing each loan to the finish line. 

Outside of Work and Community, Jake has a wife and 3 young children that always keep him moving, activities consist of Golf, Backpacking, flyfishing, camping and kicking back on the lake in beautiful Coeur d’Alene with the family.
