Mr. Pereira currently serves as a National Client Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner), where he is responsible for managing all aspects of due diligence assessment services for Partner’s clients in the lending and banking sectors of the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Pereira oversees projects and report delivery that includes environmental risk management, geotechnical engineering, construction monitoring, Property Condition Assessments, and seismic analysis and retrofit guidance throughout the Pacific Northwest region.

Mr. Pereira brings over two decades of multi-disciplinary experience across the environmental consulting industry. Over the course of his career, he has worked on thousands of projects, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, site remediation and underground storage tank removals, vapor extraction systems, groundwater remediation, soil removal solutions, and an assortment of Industrial Hygiene services. Additionally, Mr. Pereira has expertise in environmental policy writing, regulatory compliance on a Federal and State level, and business development across a wide range of property and transaction types.

​Mr. Pereira has extensive knowledge about compliance requirements of various reporting standards, including ASTM standards, the US Environmental Protection Agency’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), and customized agency and client reporting formats. His consulting experience includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESAs), Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs), soil and groundwater investigations, remediation, permitting, hazardous waste management, federal and state agency compliance, Geotech, construction testing and a multitude of field activities for commercial and government clients. Mr. Pereira has worked on properties ranging from large industrial and commercial facilities, to urban developed parcels, transportation corridors and agricultural land.

Clients have included State and Federal entities, local government, banks, property management firms, developers, petroleum retailers, utilities, and school districts. Mr. Pereira has also managed numerous large portfolios, which included services such as asbestos, radon, mold, lead-based paint surveys, UST closures, remediation, and NEPA evaluations.
