Nick is Hayden Library Supervisor for the Community Library Network. He started working at the Hayden library in the summer of 2006 as a page (shelving maven), and Youth Services Specialist (NERF battles after hours are legit!) before accepting his current position in 2023. Libraries have always been about providing access to resources and equipping people to better
themselves. Nick gives community members a chance to try something new at the Hayden Library, or the six other library locations in North Idaho. Nick received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Lewis-Clark State College-CDA, and his Master of Science in Library Science from University of Kentucky.
Nick has four kiddos, Holden, Zoe, Calvin and newest baby, Liam. Nick has been helping in local Awana clubs since he was in middle school. Awana is a mentorship and bible study program that meets weekly through the school year.
