Additionally, Mr. Pereira has expertise in environmental policy writing, regulatory compliance on a Federal and State level, and business development across a wide range of property and transaction types. Mr. Pereira has extensive knowledge about compliance requirements of various reporting standards, including ASTM standards, the US Environmental Protection Agency’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), and customized agency and client reporting formats. His consulting experience includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESAs), Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs), soil and groundwater investigations, remediation, permitting, hazardous waste management, federal and state agency compliance, Geotech, construction testing and a multitude of field activities for commercial and government clients. Mr. Pereira has worked on properties ranging from large industrial and commercial facilities, to urban developed parcels, transportation corridors and agricultural land. Clients have included State and Federal entities, local government, banks, property management firms, developers, petroleum retailers, utilities, and school districts. Mr. Pereira has also managed numerous large portfolios, which included services such as asbestos, radon, mold, lead-based paint surveys, UST closures, remediation, and NEPA evaluations.
