William grew up in the wide-open spaces and mountains in Wyoming.  He spent most of his time outside hiking, fishing, and snowshoeing.  During college, William fell in love with Rugby and was proud to wear the brown and gold of Wyoming.  After graduating, he and his friends did not want to stop playing so we started our own rugby team in Laramie. They are still playing there, today!  After college, William started weighing the options between looking for a job or continuing on to Grad School. He then received an offer for a job in Spokane and found out that there was a rugby team, and was hooked! 

William moved to Spokane in 2017 to work as a staff engineer for a local company and worked his way up to Construction Services Manager. After a few years in the construction field, he knew he wanted to get back to engineering, and decided it was time to make a change. William has been with T-O since 2019 and looks forward to what's next!
